Yonex updates the VCORE Team with SV Frame technology, giving this light and comfortable racket some extra spin potential. With its manueverable weight and surgical 630cm² headsize, the VCORE SV Team should give strong beginners, competitive juniors and intermediate level players the needed control to swing for power. To help with spin production, Yonex has re-engineered this racket with SV Frame technology - a bundle of features that combines a flexible carbon material (called Nanometric XT) with a speedy, more aerodynamic beam shape.
To further reduce wind drag Yonex adds its New Aero Fingrooves to the inner and outer section of the frame's head. The net effect of these technologies is greater ball pocketing and easier racket acceleration (two features that definitely help with spin production).
On groundstrokes the VCORE SV Team is not only designed to provide a great balance of power and control, with the manageable weight should enable players from across the skill spectrum to swing bigger in the service of pace and spin. Thanks in part to theIsometric head shape, this racket should feel bigger and more forgiving than a typical 630cm² racket - and the near even balance should give you the mass to drive the ball through the court more effectively. The combination of speed and stability should make it easy for improving volleyers to position the racket and redirect pace to the open court. Finally, this racket’s light weight should make it easier for you to bring it around on service returns.
From the company that has a knack for creating light rackets that feel stable, spin-friendly and precise, Yonex has created another must hit for improving players looking for a user-friendly performance.
Additional technologies include an updated BT Hybrid stringing system (which enables greater string movement for more comfort and power & less off-center shock) along with a 3D Vector Shaft, which stiffens the throat for more stability and power.
